Refund Policy

At Your Positive Resources, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare human resources consulting services. Because our services involve professional time, strategy, and consultation, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. Service Fees

All service fees are non-refundable once consulting sessions, training, or project work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, onboarding, strategy sessions, assessments, and implementation work.


2. Cancellations

  • Before Service Begins: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

  • Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.


3. Digital Products & Resources

All sales of digital downloads, templates, or online materials are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for digital content once it has been delivered or accessed.


4. Service Modifications

If you need to make changes to your service agreement, please contact us at info@yourpositiveresources.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate adjustments when possible.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in limited cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions or billing errors.

  • Services not delivered due to a verified error on our part.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at info@yourpositiveresources.com with your name, invoice number, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 7 business days.
